Biographical / Historical

Stanford's Three Books Program is a list of three books that the administration puts out in the summer that incoming students are suggested to read. It is meant to encourage students to continue learning about complex issues and thinking critically before they begin their first year at Stanford.

This collection consists of one letter from the faculty moderator of the Three Books Program.
