Biography/Administrative History
Incorporated January 12, 1907. Formed by the Southern Pacific Company, this road was projected about twelve miles from Oroville
westerly to Nelson. The company was merged in July, 1917, with the Southern Pacific Company, and no such railroad was built.

Scope and Content of Collection
Accounting records include a journal, January 1907 to December 1917, forms in general account with Southern Pacific Company,
1907-1911 and circular No. 12 submitted to the Interstate Commerce Commission, Division of Statistics, 1907-1918.
