Private Howard Hoffman, United States Army was born and raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey, until moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
at 55. He attended Berkeley School, South Jr. High School, and Bloomfield High School. Hoffman worked for Westing House for
30 years. He was married to his wife Dolores until his death. They raised four children, one son and three daughters. Hoffman
retired to Ortley Beach, New Jersey, later returning to Pennsylvania.
