Cities

Scope and Contents

The Cities series contain travel and tourist brochures, and other ephemera from the 1980s to 2000s includes city guidebooks, maps, landmark, and sightseeing information. The materials encompass travel in many European cities that were affected during the Holocaust and the Second World War. Currently, this series contains resources from the Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland. Some cities include Berlin, German, Lublin, Kraków, and Warsaw, located in Poland. This series is arranged in alphabetical order.

The Site series contains tourist material from concentration camp memorials. These memorials educate the public and honor the millions of victims. This series encompasses exhibition guides, posters, postcards, brochures, and pamphlets, from Auschwitz concentration camp, Ravensbrück concentration camp, Sobibór extermination camp, and Treblinka extermination camp.
