Biographical / Historical

Stefanie Powers (b. 1942) is an American actress known for her roles in the films McLintock (1963), and Herbie Rides Again (1974), and the television program Hart to Hart (1979-1984). Born Stefania Zofya Paul, she entered show business as a dancer, briefly using the stage name Taffy Paul. At the age of 16 Powers entered a studio contract with Columbia Pictures.

Scope and Contents

Collection consists of the clippings, photographs, scripts, and correspondence of American actress Stefanie Powers. Personal photographs and headshots are present along with personal correspondence and fan mail. A selection of Hart to Hart scripts and production materials are represented in this collection.
Originally part of the Ethel Barrymore Memorial Theatre Arts Collection at the University of Southern California Library 100 Series, and was labeled 100-38.
