Maj. General Oscar Westover was killed in a crash of a Northrop A-17AS (36-349) on the 21st of September, 1938 at 1007 Scott Road, in Burbank, CA.

Black and White photos numbered 09_02213 to 09_02234, most showing the crash which killed Westover.
