Biographical Note

Vladimir Seifullin was born in 1893 in Russia. He was a military cadet, cadet instructor, and lieutenant. He spent time in exile in Shanghai, China. He died in 1986 in Australia.

Scope and Content of Collection

Includes correspondence with fellow Russian military cadets and Seiffulin's family members, including his brother, Leonid Vladimirovich, a colonel living in Australia. Correspondence describes the family's experience in exile in Shanghai, China, inlcuding their experience escaping from Shanghai in 1947.
