Description
This family film was taken in the San Gabriel mountains, likely in the Chilao area, where the Greene family picnicked. Individuals seen in the film (in order of appearance) are William Sumner Greene, (Henry Dart Greene’s brother), Harriott Sloan Greene (Henry Dart Greene’s sister-in-law), Henry Dart Greene (with fedora hat), Nancy Ruth Greene, (daughter of Henry and Ruth Greene), and Ruth Greene, (wife of Henry Greene). The footage contains images of the family sledding in the snow and later enjoying a picnic. (Video only)
