Kishogo Estates Rjoso? 4th August 1912 Dear Mr Muir Your letter dated June 25th just reached me, it was very kind
to have remembered our journey from Mombasa to Nairobi; I enjoyed it immensely, I am sure you will not think the worse of
me, if I bring back to your memory the little book about The Dog it would interest me so much, besides being a memento from
a congenial and respected traveller. I trust your journey was interesting in every respect and you reached your home quite
in good health. My own lot has not been very bright. I spent two months in the Nairobi hospital, just as I left you, and since,
my health has not been what it should however I had a month shooting at illegible and now I am in a healthy climate, and my
old dog with me of course. Trusting these lines will find you in good health. Yours respectfully sincerely L. Barbezat
