acknowledge receipt of your letter of February 11th. Naturally I am sorry that ay suggestion has come at a tine when you do
not fool prepared to make a decision. You mention in this letter that you have thought of publishing it separately as a booklet.
This is exactly the proposal that we are making and should you decide to do so at any tine I trust that you will remember
our application. In point of fact I am extremely anxious to have the privilege of publishing it. I hare enjoyed the sketch
personally very much and it works so perfectly into our plans for the series of Western Classics that I consider it will be
of particular value to no at the present tine. If by any chance the amount that I mentioned does not moot with your views
I would be very happy indeed to double it for the privilege. I know you will not misunderstand my frankness or feel that
I am over urgent . I feel that I can express your sketch in a creditable form and that it will be of service to us in advancing
