trusty girl she has ever been to us she will be twenty four next Decr she taught school the past summer, but intends staying
at home the coming winter, Celia is a lively laughing little body, learning to be a great help in household affairs, she has
been taking music lessons the past summer and is getting to be quite a musician, she will be just sixteen tomorrow; Gracie,
our little girl, is very fond of going with her Father, and helping him do chores, she is getting along nicely with her studies
and is quite a reader, she is eight years old last month. I heard from Maggie a short time ago, her health seems to keep about
the same she seems to be somewhat homesick yet. Dans health is much improved since going to Neb., what a band of little girls
he has now I have not heard what he has named the baby yet. I had letters from Mary and Joanna, they are well, I am going
to Phillips on a visit soon and will stay a week or two, it will be my first visit there. You will have heard that David and
Katy, also Mother were up there this fall. David is not feeling well, he is too much confined to the store. Now my dear brother

now it seems as though this could never reach you, but if there is the slightest chance I know you will be glad to hear from
us, how glad we are, when we hear that Mother has received a letter from your own dear hand, to know where you are, and what
you are doing, my dear brother, God has already brought you through dangers without number? , and we trust that he will bring
