Martinez Feb. 25 '03 Dear Sellers, we were all delighted to learn that you were on the right side of the country are looking
forward to your arrival here. San Francisco is full of Eastern winter birds I have not heard a single cheep or whisper of
plague. Anyhow there is none at the Muir Ranch we have lots of room. Let us hear from you again If you can't come here I'll
be down there as soon as I can get a confounded article off my hands With sincere regards to Mrs Sellers I am ever Faithfull
