2 of lectures on Alaska, so perhaps one on the Yosemite with which I think you are as well or better acquainted than any
other man. We are not in the habit of paying gentlemen who lecture for us, as we have not a sufficient income for that purpose,
but we frequently pay as high as fifty dollars for traveling expenses, a sum which we shall gladly pay to you, if you will
