Martinez, May 12, 1909 Dear friend Sellers: Let me hear how you are, Ill be here a while in the old home busy tranquil
after getting John Burroughs Co safely to Yosemite back to Berkeley off to Honolulu. It was curious fun to watch his features
while he was interviewing the falls El Capitan The snow was still heavy on the trails therefore no view of the summit peaks
was obtained, but the falls were almost in full spring bloom a ten or twelve mile walk to the Vernal Nevada tired him yielded
all the climbing he craved for the short visit - Write me? about your health however briefly John Muir
