Typed card included with photograph: April 1, 1921 - The first "Fly-in Luncheon Party" at Mr. Brand’s Aerodrome. The Aerodrome
was near what has become Brand Park. All roads were blocked off and the 400 guests had to arrive by aeroplane. Take-off was
downhill toward Kenneth Road.
