express agent here, that the box of things, which I sent the next day after you left Yosemite, was delayed some where enroute
and I suppose that all the living plants and shanks? must have died from want of attention. Now if I can be of any service
to you in assisting to get you more this season, I shall be glad to do so. Please write me and let me know what you would
like and I will attend to it
