Abstract:
California Valencia Orange Show, held in area that later became La Palma Park, Anaheim; first show was in 1921, with continuing
exhibitions until ca. 1931; image shows entrance to exhibition tent visible in background; large arched entrance with signage
above that reads "CALIFORNIA VALENCIA / ORANGE SHOW", a large column at left of entrance is topped with an over-sized orange
and antenae, and taller tower on right; main entrance flanked with two smaller archways, with several men standing in front
and a motorcyle parked at far left; oval insert of tower of oranges at left, large insert of orange floating at right, with
banner of "VALENCIA ORANGE SHOW" between them; text across top of postcard reads "OANGE SHOW, ANAHEIM, CALIFONIA, 1926 --
MAY 14TH TO 23RD, INCLUSIVE." and across bottom, "CALIFORNIA VALENCIA ORANGE SHOW."
