more visitors-to the beautiful valley- -have you had the pleasure of meeting any of your friend-there as you expected.-I often
read of parties being there-and think you may sometimes meet friends- your father has still the farm in his own hands-and
intends hiring some one to help him with the work. -I have just received a letter from Danl he is well, and he intends returning

a long time since you wrote to me before-but I have often been told about you by the others of the family- I wrote to you
about three months ago-and I have sent you a British messenger since that time-I very often think about you and wonder if
you are nearly satisfied with the wonders of that wonderfull state Cala-I must tell you that our family meeting on Christmas
