Description:
Color slide of a raised living room in a Madrid del Lago model home in Mission Viejo, California. On the right side of the
photograph is the home's front double doors and entryway. Above the doors is a window that extends up to the vaulted ceiling,
and in front of the window hangs a simple chandelier. To the left of the entry way are two steps that lead up to the living
room. The walls are a pale yellow, and one of them has a floor to ceiling bookcase. All of the other visible wall space in
this room is occupied with windows and the fireplace, including a corner window to the left of the bookcase. The room is furnished
with the typical sofa, chairs, coffee table, and lamps. The carpet is the color gold, the chairs are a light olive green,
the draperies are a gold-yellow, and the sofa has a mixture of all of the above colors. There are labels affixed to the frame
of the slide that read, "76-001, Frame 057, MdL '76, 750."
