4 is pretty well now. Day before yesterday Aunt Mary and Helen and I had a fine walk on the hills, Aunt Mary does not get
tired as easily as when she first came. I have not had a bit of trouble with my eyes since I have been wearing goggles and
will be ready to learn some lessons when you come home. When will you be home? I hope you will be here soon for we are a
rather dull household and need you to keep us lively. Lovingly your daughter Wanda Muir 1 Martinez Calif Sep 2.
1897 My dear Papa, We received your fine long letters and are all glad to hear that you are having such a a good time
and how I do wish that Helen and I were with you on this trip. I am just not going to let you go up to Alaska again without
me. 09160
