home about grape time and the sweet waters and a few other kinds are ripe now. The little spray of Edelweiss you sent in your
last letter to Mama was beautiful, how I wish I could have a growing plant of it hear at home. The weather here is almost
cold, and it looks 3 as if it were going to rain today. Helen is still delighted with her studies, she does not tire of
them as we thought she would; often she does not want to stop when school hours are over but wants to keep on studying. We
have given up going to Pacific Grove as people that have just come from there say the weather is very cold and foggy and besides
Aunt Margaret concluded she was not able to go with us.
