Martinez, Cal. Jan. 6, 1902 Dear Mr Kipp; I am delighted to hear from you to learn that all the children, second third growth
are well happy. I thank you for your invitation to visit you, I would be very glad to do so the very first chance I have,
though in civilization I'm a bewildered tender foot always sadly in need of a guide. Your letter brings back the good bright
Alaska days with your family the Osborns Hoping we may again see some of God's wildness together I am every faithfully yours
