Enclosing the Resolution passed on May 9, 1942 by the Pasadena City Schools and unanimously adopted by the Los Angeles County School Trustees, Parker invites Kersey to attend the May 19 meeting of superintendents and principals of the schools from where Japanese American children have been evacuated. The Resolution outlines concerns and objectives, resolving that the Los Angeles County School Trustees should appoint a committee charged with the duty to provide "properly trained teachers" and materials.Publisher:
