Happy New Year. Strange to say, although I have been down here several weeks shut up in a garret. I have never managed for
some reason to call on you, as I have oftentimes wished to do. I trust that you are all prospering. How is little Lottie
getting on? Let me hear how you all are, Mrs. Lukens and her sister, and wish them for me all the best New Year s greetings.
