Martinez, Aug 19. 1910 Dear Mrs Hooker- I hope you got safely home. I ought to have gone down with you. It was so stupid
not to think of the dust. I would like to have another hour at least with you to talk over Hooker things before we go to Los
Angeles. Can you come again say next Sunday? I'll have a carriage at the station peaches in the ice box I've sent to Goldberg
for good coffee etc. Perhaps Ellie would like the little trip to see Wanda. Anyway let me know how you are when you will come
