Title:
Site plan, showing location of paths
Creator/Contributor:
Wurster, William Wilson, Architect
Date:
July 22, 1941
Note:
This site plan, shown with topographical markings, represents about one half of the planned area. The site was very large
and Wurster faced the added challenge of designing thousands of livable units on steep hillside terrain. This site plan shows
where the school and some of the playgrounds were located; the planned area to the south of this site included an area for
a commercial building (grocery store and shops), a firehouse, and more playgrounds
