Full title:Stripped to the waist is Mr. Shizuta Namba, former resident at the Rohwer, Arkansas, Relocation Center, now employed
as a dishwasher at the Elms Hotel in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Mr. Namba first relocated to Ottawa, Kansas, on seasonal
leave to secure employment as a trackhand with the Santa Fe railroad. When track work came to an end, Mr. Namba, rather than
return to the Center, decided to convert his leave to Indefinite Leave. Through the assistance of the WRA office in Kansas
City, he was placed at the above hotel, where he has been employed since March, 1944. He claims Fresno, California, as his
