Background
The Pepperdine Business School was officially listed in the school catalog in 1969, replacing the Department of Business Administration
and Economics. A few years after the Malibu campus opened, the school's name changed to the School of Business and Management.
George L. Graziadio, Jr. endowed the Pepperdine business school in 1996, and the school was named in his honor. Multiple degrees
are offered by the business school, and programs are offered on the Malibu campus as well as satellite campuses around the
Los Angeles area.
