The Highway Film Service was an American distribution company that handled 35mm theatrical films for a
number of independent production companies. Highway Film Service was located in Indianapolis, Indiana in
1990.

The Highway Film Service distribution records span the years circa 1977-1988 and encompass
approximately 2 linear feet. The collection consists of hundreds of file cards for independent films
distributed in Chicago, Illinois; Cincinnati, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Kansas City, Missouri; and
