Information packets, workshop material, letters to the editor, clippings, flyers, poetry, and gay organization material, circa 1970-2007, from writer and educator Brian Kevin Beck from Whitewater, Wisconsin. Included are articles and manifesto-like writings regarding homosexuality, homophobia, and the intersections of art and activism.
Background
Brian Kevin Beck is a writer, educator, and artist. He's the author of the books Poison-Pen Personnel-Portrait Portfolio (2002), But So Did Her Brother (2006), The Potato Kronikles (2006), and Teaching Thinking (2007), as well as contributions to liberal arts journals and poetry anthologies.
