Description
San Diego County agencies update and file a Statement of Facts – Register of Public Agencies with the Secretary of State and
the county clerk’s office whenever changes to their leadership occur in accordance with Government Code section 53051. Prior
to 2019 the Register of Public Agencies was known as the Roster of Public Agencies. The collection includes forms from 1978-present.
