The materials are arranged based on a reconstruction of the CRP's filing system meant to recreate the original order in which the files were kept. For these materials, the CRP used a decimal filing system. Materials in Chronological File I were designated 5363. Folders in the General file were labeled 5363.01, often with additional numbers or letters to guide sorting within this division. The following files, which are mainly legal cases, were labeled with consecutive decimal numbers. Although these filing numbers are not recorded in the finding aid, the numbers were retained on folder labels.
