This collection includes the minutes, newsletters, press books, financial papers, treasurer's reports, song sheets, scrapbooks and photograph albums of the Santa Cruz club.

The Soroptimist International of Santa Cruz, chartered in 1929, has approximately 50 active members plus Sustaining and Life members. The Club sponsors several fundraising events during the year. The club makes scholarship and citizanship awards to outstanding young people, training awards to re-entry women, honors women who have made exceptional contributions to the welfare of other women, and supports community projects.
