Scope and Content

This addition contains office files, comprising newsletters, mailers, mission statement and outreach documents, clippings and scrapbooks, correspondence, board minutes, as well historical photographs (prints and slides) of the 1969 Santa Barbara oil spill. Included in this series is a collection of 1969 Santa Barbara oil spill photographs taken by Santa Barbara area writer and conservationist Dick Smith (1920-1977).
