    Record Series 408 contains the administrative files of UCLA's Graduate School of Library and Information Science. Files regard Advisory Council, advice from faculty, the University of California Berkeley School of Librarianship, the Horn Printing Chappel "Taste in Typography" series, exchange programs, the Institute of Library Research, Library Council, special programs, summer sessions, visiting lecturers, fellowships, budgets, and Zeitlin Ver Brugge lectures. Files also regard the opening and accreditation of UCLA's School of Library Science (S.L.S.). Materials include correspondence, surveys, reports, publications, proposals, documentation of conferences and meetings, and other operational materials.
