Description
This collection comprises of architectural plans used in the design and construction of the Science Library at the University of California, Irvine. It includes histories and space planning documentation from 1994-2003, photographs, and articles about the Science Library; floor plans; site plans; elevations; electrical and plumbing plans; space plans; photographs of the outside of the library and materials documenting a visit by Lord and Lady Howe of Aberavon. From 2010-2018, the Science Library was known as the Francisco J. Ayala Science Library. The Library was renamed Science Library in June 2018.
