The Stanford Center for Innovations in Learning (SCIL), established in 2002, conducts scholarly research to advance the science,
technology and practice of learning and teaching.
This film looks at the Center's inaugural year, with an overview of projects conducted and reports from faculty on innovative
teaching at the Center. Among the faculty are Roy Pea, Stig Hagstrom, Terry Winograd, Richard P. Martin, Shelley Goldman,
