Description
Lectures, primarily by non-Stanford professors and energy professionals, on all aspects of energy studies, including fossil fuels, nuclear power, conservation, solar energy, energy industries, energy policy, and political considerations.
Background
The Institute for Energy Studies, organized in 1973, was designed to stimulate, facilitate, and promote the development of research and academic programs in energy within existing schools and departments.
