Abstract: 42 black and white press photographs of Mexican actress Maria Felix on the set of various movies, including La Cucaracha,
Miercoles de Ceniza, Juana Gallo, En Busca de un Muro, La Bandida, and La Valentina. Felix (1914-2002) starred in 47 films
between 1940 and 1971, was one of the most successful figures of Latin American cinema in the 1940s and 1950s, and was wildly
popular in Ltin America, and in Spain, France and Italy.
