Kwong Cheung Lung Co. specialized in general food merchandise at the turn of the 20th
century; the company was located at 739-741 Commercial street in Chinatown, San Francisco,
California.
Content Description
This small collection of Chinese American business ephemera contains an extensive price
list of Chinese-style salted fish, a blank order form, an unused return envelope, and the
postmarked mailing envelope sent to Sing Chong Lung in Fresno, California. The price list
features eight varieties of salted fish in various quantities, while the order form contains
ten varieties. The material is brittle with slight damage; all pieces have been placed in
mylar.
