Stephen McNeil has worked extensively with organizations serving people with AIDS, including the AIDS Emergency Fund (as vice president), Home Care Companions (as board president), and Family Link (as co-founder). The bulk of the materials in the collection document board and fundraising activities at the AIDS Emergency Fund, with a variety of other materials present from all three nonprofits.
