Description
Album documenting hiking, camping, fishing and boating in Northern California in the early 20th century.
Extent
1 volume 42 black stock leaves (22 blank). With 93 original gelatin silver photographs (two loosely inserted, all other mounted); one photo hand colored. The photos are of various size, from 7.75 x 9.75 in. to 2 x 2.75 in. All but a few photos with period white ink captions on the mounts; one large group portrait with a piece of paper identifying twelve people. Period black full cloth album fastened with a string. 23.5 x 36 centimeters
