A certificate of apprenticeship issued to Leo Taylor Stack (1907-1988) by the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, in Wellington
Kansas, on April 21, 1930, for completion of a course in freight car building. Mr. Stack started with the Santa Fe in 1928
and retired in 1972.
