Description
The Craig L. Brown
Notebook contains a "Nurse's Pocket Notebook" printed in 1963. The owner of this notebook
seems to have been Craig L. Brown from Austin, Texas, who was a United States Marine
stationed in Vietnam. The book has printed medical definitions and information on the first
and last pages. In the center are handwritten notes, sayings, quotes, phrases, and what
could be fictional writing, or a first-hand account. The notes are often written in either
first or third person from a narrator's point of view. There are a wide range of dates
jotted down out of chronological order: 1964, 1972, 1997, and 1969. The book also holds some
contact information and addresses in the back. Topics include the murder of a child in
Vietnam, thoughts of death, travel locations and dates, and possible use of
heroin.
