Biography
Jason Stuart is an openly gay stand-up comedian who has performed at comedy clubs, comedy festivals, gay events and prides,
colleges and universities, and on Broadway. His comedy has been featured in the audio recording
Jason Stuart: Gay Comedy Without A Dress and the video recording
Jason Stuart: Making It To The Middle. As of 2013, he hosts a chat show on RadioTitans.com,
Name-Dropping with Jason Stuart.
Stuart has worked as a television actor on over forty television shows, including
The Secret Of The American Teenager, The Closer, Will & Grace, George Lopez, Everybody Hates Chris, House, M.D., It’s Always
Sunny in Philadelphia, Charmed, My Wife and Kids
, and the comedy series
One Night Stand-Up. As a movie actor, Stuart was featured in
A Day Without a Mexican and
Gia, and has appeared in such films as
Kindergarten Cop and
Vegas Vacation. Stuart has been nominated for a Gay International Film Award for best supporting actor in
Coffee Date. Stuart also produced and starred in his own improvised independent film
10 Attitudes.
Stuart has performed at countless benefits for issues from AIDS to the homeless. He is the Co-Chairman of the SAG / AFTRA
LGBT Committee, and chairs the comedy shows for Lifeworks Mentoring Program. He has also created the corporate lecture program,
Coming Out In Hollywood, on being openly gay in the workplace.
