Biography/History
The Day They Gave Babies Away, released by RKO as
All Mine to Give, is based on a story by Dale Ennson as originally published in
Cosmopolitan magazine. The film had its premiere in Great Britain in Apr 1957, but was not generally released in the United States until
Jan 1958.
