This collection contains video
recordings, publications, vertical files, and other materials pertaining to the South Colton
Oral History Project that documents life in South Colton, a 1.3 square-mile ethnically
segregated Mexican American community within the city limits of Colton, California. Includes
oral history interviews with life-long residents and prominent members of the South Colton
community as well as related research materials on the history of Colton, California and
surrounding areas.
