Biographical Note
Rolf Erikson was an American engineer and naval historian. Erikson published numerous articles based on his research of the
Soviet navy, especially relating to the technical characteristics of individual ships and submarines.
Scope and Content of Collection
Includes photographs of Soviet ships, many of which originated with German author Jürg Meister. Includes correspondence with
Meister regarding the photographs, as well as with other Soviet specialists.
