This collection is comprised of aerial photographs, taken by Fred L. Emmert, a professional aerial photographer based in Orange County. The photographs were used in a series of books by Fred L. Emmert and Richard N. Frost. The books present the chronological ongoing development history of real estate projects in Newport Center and Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California. The collection contains wooden exhibit panels and digital images of the panels presented at the 2017 lectures at Newport Beach City Hall and the panels from the 2018 exhibit displayed at John Wayne Airport.
