This collection consists of the logbook of prisoners and their court-martial at San Juan de Ulua in Veracruz, Mexico taken
by William Eliot Selbie. Selbie was able to take these records when the United States was occupying the prison in 1914. He
sent it to his daughter, Mrs. L. Stoddard so that it may be donated to a library.
